From Écru wine also has its importance. We have created a small cellar of natural wines, selected from small independent producers from their own vineyards, which completely exclude the use of synthetic pesticides. The grapes are harvested by hand, – spontaneously fermented, without adding yeasts or enzymes or other aids to fermentation, without adding sugars, without acidity or other adjustments manipulations. The advantages of natural wine are obvious. It tastes better, costs less, is better for health and better for the environment; in fact all natural wines are produced by sustainable and ecological agriculture. A great natural wine can only be created on land that has been organically grown for many years. Natural wines offer better value for money because they get more from a vineyard than any given value.
