The Raw food cuisine is natural, healthy and energetic, with intense flavors and aromas. Our products are pure, raw materials of vegetable origin, gluten and lactose free. Through the use of ancient techniques (drying, fermentation, marinating), we manage to maintain the organoleptic properties of our dishes, offering nutritious, lively and tastier food. In our Raw Lab we ferment, germinate and dry our raw materials constantly experimenting with new combinations. Upstairs, inside our raw food bistro, the kitchen is view, and here our preparations take shape in creative raw dishes to taste.
